Welcome

You're in.

Twelve people, two scenarios, one room. No slides, no theory lectures. You will work two live refinance scenarios from the discovery call through to a submission-ready recommendation, using Quickli, MyCRM, and the Brokers Bible. By the end of the day, you will have written lender notes, built a BID, and defended your lender choice to the room.

There is a small amount of pre-work below. We need you to enter two scenarios into MyCRM before you arrive so we can hit the ground running. They take about fifteen minutes each.

Come ready to work. Bring your laptop. And come hungry.

For Leanne, think about the income. Her group certificate says $118,000 but the base is $96,000. What figure would you use and why?
